Terms of Use

Last updated: April 8, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIMedScore, operated at aimedscore.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

AIMedScore is a software-as-a-service product that audits the visibility of health and wellness professionals inside AI language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). The Service generates reports based on publicly available web information retrieved by third-party AI systems. AIMedScore does not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any information contained in its reports.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

Subscriber accounts are created during the subscription checkout process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Services and Pricing

4.1 Free Audit

Any visitor may run a free audit by entering a professional's name, specialization, and city. The free audit provides a score and high-level category breakdown only.

4.2 Single Report (€119 one-time)

A one-time payment that delivers the full audit report to the email address provided at checkout. Single report buyers do not receive a user account or dashboard access.

4.3 Monthly Subscription (€149/month)

A recurring monthly subscription that includes a full audit every 30 days, progress analysis, score history, dashboard access, and PDF reports. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and may be updated at any time. Active subscriptions retain their price until cancellation. Price changes apply only to new purchases and renewals after the change takes effect.

5. Payments, Billing, and Cancellation

All payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. By providing payment information, you authorize Polar to charge the applicable fees on our behalf. Polar uses Stripe as its underlying payment processor.

  • Single reports are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered.
  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or the Polar customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend access to subscriber features until the payment issue is resolved.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual
  • Submit false or misleading information to generate audits for fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the scoring methodology, prompt architecture, or proprietary logic of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service at scale without written permission
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially republish audit reports without written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate another person or entity when using the Service
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms without prior notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, scoring frameworks, prompt architecture, report formats, and branding associated with AIMedScore are our proprietary property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

Your audit reports: You may use, share, and distribute your own audit reports for personal and professional purposes. You may not resell reports as a commercial service or represent them as your own product.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Specifically:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of audit reports. Reports are generated by third-party AI language models based on publicly available information. AI models may produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information.
  • We do not guarantee score improvements. Implementing our recommendations may or may not result in improved AI visibility. Numerous factors outside our control affect how AI models reference professionals.
  • We do not provide medical, legal, or professional licensing advice. AIMedScore is a marketing visibility tool, not a credentialing or compliance service.
  • We do not guarantee service availability. The Service depends on third-party APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Polar, Supabase) that may experience downtime or changes beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIMedScore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Auditing Third Parties

You may run audits on any health or wellness professional, including yourself. If you audit another professional:

  • You acknowledge that audit results are based on publicly available information and AI model outputs, not private data.
  • You are responsible for how you use and share the resulting report.
  • You agree not to use reports to harass, defame, or unfairly damage the reputation of any professional.

If you are the subject of an audit and believe the report contains materially inaccurate information, you may contact us to request a review.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (Polar, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Resend, Vercel). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party providers.

12. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIMedScore regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
