We send queries to these AI models the same way any user would — by asking them about specialists in your city. We do not upload your personal information, patient lists, or any private data to these services.

No. Your report is private and accessible only to you through your account. We never publish, share, or display individual results publicly.

Your score is the weighted average of 6 categories: Existence & Identity Clarity (20 pts), Category Search Visibility (25 pts), Digital Authority Signals (18 pts), Professional Directory Presence (15 pts), Social & Platform Presence (14 pts), and Information Quality (8 pts). Each category contains specific indicators tested across all three AI models.

Most doctors score below 30 on their first audit — AI visibility is a blind spot for the vast majority of medical professionals. A score above 60 means AI regularly recognizes and recommends you. Above 80 is strong visibility. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s ensuring you appear when patients search for your specialty in your city.

Claude updates its training data periodically. This is why our monthly plan includes recurring audits: you can track how your changes are being picked up over time.

Yes. After receiving your Quick Score, you can unlock the Full Report at any time from your dashboard. Note that the Quick Score and Full Report are separate purchases — the €9 is not deducted from the Full Report price.

For €99/month, we automatically run a fresh full audit every 30 days and compare it against your previous scores. You get a progress report showing what changed, why, and what to focus on next. You can cancel anytime — there’s no lock-in contract.
